Organic electronics: an industrial sector with high potential.
To meet these needs, LUMOMAT brings together the scientific strengths of 4 joint CNRS – University research units around the following axes:
Energy
Health and environment
Information storage
Thus, the complementary skills of the laboratories make it possible to control all the development chainof molecular materials : of the design, to the synthesis then at the characterization and at final material development.

Promotion of research work
LUMOMAT accompanies its researchers from the laboratories of Angers, Nantes and Rennes in a process of promoting research.
The idea is to encourage the filing of patents for technologies with high industrial potential, so as to be able to start a development process leading to maturation.
This valuation process can lead to the creation of a start-up, or to a partnership with an industrialist.
>Training
Student support
LUMOMAT supports its students in finding internships, work-study programs and CIFRE theses, in France or abroad.
These first professional experiences are essential in the career of our students.
