Les mol\u00e9cules biosourc\u00e9es, tels que le glucose, le furfural ou le ga\u00efacol, offrent une grande diversit\u00e9 structurale et fonctionnelle, permettant la conception de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux conjugu\u00e9s aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s opto\u00e9lectroniques ajustables. Cette th\u00e8se vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux semiconducteurs en maximisant l\u2019utilisation de ressources biosourc\u00e9es. Une \u00e9tude m\u00e9thodologique sur la formation de liaisons Csp2-Csp2 par couplage d\u00e9carboxylant a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e. Il a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point une s\u00e9quence oxydation-couplage d\u00e9carboxylant pour une synth\u00e8se efficace de syst\u00e8mes \u03c0-conjugu\u00e9s. Enfin, des compos\u00e9s donneurs d\u2019\u00e9lectrons \u00e0 base de glucose ont \u00e9t\u00e9 synth\u00e9tis\u00e9s. Les premi\u00e8res cellules solaires int\u00e9grant des glucoses monofonctionnalis\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es. La pr\u00e9paration des glucoses comportant deux syst\u00e8mes conjugu\u00e9s distincts, ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9tude de leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s opto-\u00e9lectroniques, ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9es. Biosourced molecules such as glucose, furfural, and guaiacol provide significant structural and functional diversity, enabling the design of new materials with tunable optoelectronic properties. This thesis aims to develop new semiconductor materials by maximizing the incorporation of biosourced resources. A methodological study on Csp2\u2013Csp2 bond formation via decarboxylative cross-coupling was conducted. An oxidation\u2013decarboxylative coupling sequence was thus developed to enable the efficient synthesis of \u03c0-conjugated systems. Finally, electron-donor compounds grafted onto glucose were also synthesized. First solar cells using monofunctionalized <em>N<\/em>-glucosides were evaluated. The preparation of glucose based molecules bearing two distinct conjugated systems, along with the study of their optoelectronic properties, were reported. This study highlights the advantages of using bio-based compounds and demonstrates the feasibility of incorporating glucose into active
